The new Spring Season of Anime is approaching. Due to the devastating earthquake, schedules may be delayed. To give you a comprehensive heads up of what's coming, the great Divine of Random Curiosity wrote an awesome preview guide. You've got to check it out!

The SyFy Channel will be moving their Tuesday evening line-up to Thursday starting March 24th. What started out as AniMondays is again moving...now to Thursday evenings. Starting at 11:00pm (Eastern time), you can catch back-to-back episodes of Chrono Crusade and Gurren Lagann. On April 21st, Gurren Lagann is replaced with the epic anime, Star Blazers: The Quest For Iscandar, a series that originally made it's debut in 1974. Wow...that's way before many anime fans were born!

According to Anime News Network, Japan will be launching even another Season of the series Beyblade. Mentioned in the March issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Corocoro Comic magazine was the announcement that this new series entitled, "Metal Fight Beyblade 4D", will run on TV Tokyo on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. It will take place after the current series, Metal Fight Beyblade Baku, ends. (Chuckling....they must really be selling those tops.)

One of the major fan conventions, Katsucon, is taking place this weekend and with conventions...comes announcements. Funimation has announced acquiring the 3rd installment of Sgt. Frog a.k.a. Keroro-Gunsou and the two part OVA "TO: Elliptical Orbit and Symbiotic Orbit". Keep 'em coming, Funi!

For Bakugan Fans I'm sure this is totally unnecessary, but I'll start off with a quick reminder that the new season, Bakugan Mechtanium Surge, airs this Sunday, February 13th at 1:30pm on Canada's Teletoon. Cartoon Network may air the new series on February 19th, but there’s no solid confirmation on that date. We always have YouTube…right?

Other Possible notables: Again...No confirmation yet, but has the series, Fairy Tail, been licensed?? It's been a few weeks since Manga UK announced (via Twitter) that they will be adding a dub to the series. Recall, Manga UK doesn't normally dub their own works... So who could be holding the strings here?? Please come forward! No matter who it is, I must have it!!
