* Flint the Time Detective *

Storyline

This anime takes place in the 25th century where individuals are capable of traveling through time. The Old Timer (Father Time I suspect) along with all of his time-shifters worked together to protect the tapestry of history. One day an evil individual who calls himself "The Dark Lord" disrupted this process and scattered all of the time shifters to different time zones. Now, in order to save history, those time-shifters must be found and returned or who knows what the world will become!!! Dramatic huh!

Characters

FLINT HAMMERHEAD
AGE: BTW 10 & 12
VOICE ACTOR: R. Martin Klein

Flint is the prehistoric cave boy who possesses
extraodinary strength, courage and dedication to
the time police. Flint and his father were
fossilized by Petrafina when she was trying to
capture the time shifter Getalong. In the 25th
Century their fossils are discovered by Sara and
Tony, who bring them to their uncle to be
defossilized.

INTERESTING TIDBIT: Flint seems to lose strength
when hungry. (Hmmmm, that happens all the time
in Japanese anime. Anyone else notice that?)

SARA GOODMAN
AGE: 12 or 13
SCHOOL: Grade 8 (mentioned in an episode)
VOICE ACTOR: Tifanie Christon

Sara and her twin brother discovered Flint and
the other fossils during an archeological field
trip with their teacher, Miss Iknow. Her uncle
is a scientist for the time police. She is very
intelligent and often helps Flint during his
missions (mostly by getting him food).

Merlock has got a thing for Sara, but I don't think
she likes him more than just a good friend.

TONY GOODMAN
AGE: 12 or 13
SCHOOL: Grade 8
VOICE ACTOR: Brian Donovan

Tony is Sara's twin brother. Because he is
327 seconds younger, Sara often refers to him
as her little brother. He has some difficulty
in school and must work very hard to get good
grades so that he can become a time detective
(which is his lifelong dream). He often
becomes angry and resentful of Sara because
school work is easy for her.

Tony also accompanies Flint on his misssions
assisting whenever he can.

MERLOCK HOLMES
AGE: By appearances 15, but probably ancient.
VOICE ACTOR: Unknown, but very sexaaayy!!

Merlock is the mysterious time detective that began
appearing in the 5th episode. He is always there
to protect Sara from danger. Merlock is quite the
ladies man even flirting with Jillian of the Time
Bureau, however, his main interest seems to be Sara.
He is a descendent of the vampire clan and has the
ability to heal easily, which is a good thing since
he is always falling.

After saving the time shifter Bindi, they became
partners and are always seen together. Bindi has a
thing for Merlock and is the very jealous type.

DR.BERNARD GOODMAN
AGE: 30's ??
VOICE ACTOR: Richard Cansino

Dr. Goodman is a scientist for the time police
and Sara and Tony's uncle. He is absolutely
brilliant, but a little goofy. He must be
single, because he is always trying to get a
date with Jillian of the Time Bureau. He quite
obviously can take a lot of rejection since she
is always saying no.

He can be heard asking Flint to bring him back
something from every mission.

PETRAFINA DAGMAR aka MISS IKNOW
AGE: late 20's early 30's ??
VOICE ACTOR: Barbara Goodson


By day Petrafina is Miss Iknow, Tony and Sara's
teacher. When she's not their teacher, she
likes to refer to herself as an interdimensional
time thief. With her sidekicks, Dino and Myte,
she attempts to capture the time shifters for
her beloved Dark Lord.

Poor Petra..with Flint around she can never seem
to get ahead.
