The Survey Corps set out for their 57th expedition. Everyone has their orders, and only certain people know where Eren's Squad will be placed. Commander Erwin Smith as an agenda, but few are aware of it. For now everyone must count on his long-distance scouting formation.
Once outside the walls, everyone is placed in fixed distances from one another. Communication will be by colored smoke. combat is only necessary against abnormals.
In relay position, Armin is amazed as he watches Squad Leader Ness and Sys destroy an approaching abnormal, however, right behind it is a female abnormal, approximately 14 meters high! She easily kills Ness and Sys when they try to attack.
She turns her attention to Armin...sending him and his horse flying. Once on the ground, the titan pulls back Armin's hood...then runs off. Armin is sure this titan is a human in a titan body. He is, also, pretty sure that this titan is after Eren!
