The DigiDestined are standing on one of the last pieces of land left from the destruction of the Village of Beginnings when a bunch of Biyomon, Poyomon, and Pagumon fly past, warning of an attack on Bokomon’s hometown. What can the Digis do? Fortunately for them, Trailmon Angler returns from delivering the Baby Digimon to…well, that’s a secret for now, so he agrees to take them to Flame Terminal. There, the Legendary Warriors find more Biyomon, Pagumon, Poyomon, and some Elecmon, and boy do they get chewed out. The Digimon are all angry that their great heroes didn’t do anything to help them, but the Digis stick up for themselves, explaining that they came all this way to fight, and that’s exactly what they plan to do. Each one (minus Koichi, who wasn’t in the first few episodes) has some kind of reason for saving the town, be it Takuya’s reason for it being the place where he found his Spirit of Flame, or Koji’s reason for first becoming a Digimon in the forest nearby.

Unfortunately, a SkullSatamon forces a Palmon to tell him the location of the Fractal Code, which is in the same underground labyrinth (not to mention big ol’ hole in the ground) where the Spirit of Light was hidden. Palmon is destroyed and the Fractal Code sacrificed to Lucemon, but the former 02 villain just won’t quit. He has his sights set on the terminal now.

Both Zeta Digimon head out to battle (though MagnaGaruru still looks like a plush toy) and start kicking some SkullSata-butt. Then, another SkullSatamon shows up—I know one is voiced by the 02 guy, but I don’t know who—and now the Zetas each have their own to deal with. But just as they start kicking some major butt, a third appears and everyone’s in trouble. One grabs a Biyomon and forces her to tell him the location of the Fractal Code, much to everyone’s dismay. Rather than sparing her life, he kills her. So much for gratitude.

Having had enough of this, the remaining Biyomon join forces with the Elecmon and the Poyomon and Pagumon, and you know what that means don’tcha?

“Bubble Blow!” (Okay, the attack was never yelled out, but I remember its name from Koromon way back in 01)

Yep, all the Digimon are fighting to save their home, and they win too, but then Crusadermon shows up with a Tuxedo Mask-like line about her rose and then steals the Fractal Code herself! Serving as Digimon Airlines, the Zetas once again give everyone a lift to safety, but what place is safe anymore? Hey, you think Takuya and Koji are going to start charging for the mileage there?
