The swarms of Twice are dissipating. Even though Uravity is gravely injured, she manages to safely lower to the ground those she sent floating.
Himiko is moved by Uravity. She knows the World created by the villains would be easier for her to live in, but she doesn't like a World without Uravity.
Himiko drinks some of Uravity's blood, transforms, and proceeds to transfer all of her blood to Uravity, who protests, but is too weak to stop her.
Twenty minutes before the Toga-Twice army faded, All Might has powered up in armor to take on the youthful All for One.
Tsukauchi fears that this is how his long-time friend has chosen to meet his death, but All Might declares that he has never gone into a fight that he didn't intend to win!
The all-out battle begins.
