Inuyasha: The Final Days

Chapter 1: Disaster Night

It was a dark and starry night in Japan. As a forest filled with trees that stood tall. In a area of trees an orange glow stood alit. It was a campfire made by Inuyasha. Inuyasha and Miroku were sitting cross legged around the fire, deep in conversation.

"So what should we do when we get to the castle?" asked Miroku.
"Easy," said Inuyasha, "we go there, start destroying everything in sight, and kill Naraku, once and for all."
"Typical."
"What did you say?!"
"I knew you were gonna say that. We can't just bust right in there and start killing everything like it was some sorta frenzy."
"Okay, new plan." Inuyasha said, "We sneak in, go to Naraku's room, and kill him while he is not looking."
"Again Inuyasha, we can't do that."
"Why not?!" Inuyasha demanded.
"Because, we're being watched by Naraku's insects and they let him know where we are and what we're doing."
"So how are we gonna get in there, huh?"
"Well," said Miroku, "we can combine both your ideas."

In the bushes a little fox demon watched both men. "Okay Kagome, Sango, you're good to go." said Shippo.

Over to Shippo's left the two girls were standing next to a hot spring getting undressed. "Thanks Shippo, for standing guard," said Kagome as her and Sango got in. (Sorry boys can't give you great details.) Shippo stood guard over them so Miroku wouldn't look as the girls had a good time. The girls brought towels with them just in case.

"Ah, that feels good." said Kagome.
"Yes, it does kinda feels good after getting away from the men," said Sango.

Kagome looked up at the starry sky, closed her eyes and sighed. At least she can relax for a while after looking for Jewel shards for days. She looked over at Sango who also was relaxed, she too seemed to enjoy the hot spring too. At least we can enjoy this as long as we want, thought Kagome.

Then, there was rustling in the bushes as Sango and Kagome put their towels on. They watched in fright as they both felt foolish when Shippo came out of the bushes walking backwards closing his eyes. Both girls sighed in relief.

"They're both in conversation still," said Shippo.
"Good," said Sango, "at least the boys aren't part of our worries."

"So what do you think about that plan, Inuyasha?" said Miroku.
"Inuyasha?" Miroku looked over at Inuyasha. "Are you awake?" Inuyasha sat there sleeping with the sheathed Tetsusiaga resting on his left shoulder.
"He's asleep," said Miroku. He then had a gingerly smile on his face.

Shippo was starting back to his post, "I hope they don't stay there too long or I'll get tired and fall asleep."

As Shippo peered through the bushes he only saw Inuyasha sitting there, asleep. "Ahhh," Shippo squealed, "where's Miroku?!"

"I just hope the boys won't peek," said Sango.
"Like you said Sango," Kagome said, "the boys are at least our worries."

Then they heard bushes rustling that were going in one direction; around the hot spring.

"Is that you Shippo?" asked Kagome.
"Yeah," came Shippo's voice.
"What are you doing?" asked Sango.
"Miroku's gone! He's not at the campsite!" said Shippo, "he must be around here somewhere."
"What!?" they both said.

Sango and Kagome grabbed for their towels and put them on. They stood there as they started to look around for Miroku. Up in a tree, covered in leaves, crouching down looking through the branches and leaves was Miroku. He had a small smile on his face as he looked down upon Sango and Kagome. As the girls were looking, Sango noticed that there was falling leaves coming from underneath a single tree. She caught on. She smiled and let the towel go revealing her body and facing towards the tree where the falling leaves were. Miroku flushed bright red just looking at her.

"Sango, what are doing?" Kagome asked.
"Nothing," Sango said innocently, "its just standing up for so long really hurts my back." She sat down in the water. "I need to relax it."

Just then, she grabbed a huge rock under the water and threw it straight into the tree. She heard a "thunk" sound and a huge figure fell out of the tree.

"Dead center!" said Sango, putting on her towel, and marching towards Miroku, Kagome was putting hers on. Under the tree was the fallen Miroku. "The pain was worth it," he said to himself. He had a big bruise right on his forehead where the rock hit him. Miroku looked up to see the angered Sango.

SMACK

"Huh?" Inuyasha woke up. "What the hell was that," he said looking around.

SMACK

"Oh. Miroku must've been spyin' on the girls again."

SMACK, SMACK, SMACK, SMACK

"That must be Sango or Kagome joining in slapping Miroku."  Inuyasha gave a small smile and went back to sleep.

Disclaimer: I know, I know. This fic sucks. I promise you the fic will get better once I send in the other 4 chapters.
