As a counterpoint to McGillis' speech, Rustal exposes McGillis' treachery to the Seven Stars on his broadcast.

Almiria confronts McGillis over the truth about Gaelio and threatens to kill him, but then turns the knife on herself. McGillis stops her from committing suicide.

The captive Seven Stars members wish to stay neutral in the conflict. McGillis informs Orga that only his faction and Tekkadan will face the combined might of the Arianrhod fleet. Orga is furious that his family must be put in mortal danger once again. Will this truly be the last battle?

After a long talk with Kudelia, Atra confesses her true feelings for Mikazuki.
