Defeat an Ultimate! Surging SaberLeomon

At DATS headquarters, Megumi places food outside Ikuto's room. The boy refuses to eat. Meanwhile Captain Satsuma and the rest of the DATS team view the digital gate. They are unaware who could have opened the gate so easily. As they begin to discuss Ikuto, a stranger sitting close by speaks up...taking everyone by surprise. He is dressed in a white professors jacket and seems to know quite a lot about the group. Captain Satsuma recognizes him as Kurata. Director Hashiba walks in saying that it was thanks to him that the digital gate was opened to remove the renegade, attacking digimon. Hashiba explains Kurata was Masaru's father's assistant. After both Kurata and Director Hashiba express their desire to analyze Ikuto, Masaru says he will be taking the boy to his house.

Some time later, Masaru takes Ikuto to his home where he is greeted by Chika. Imagine her surprise to see Falcomon again. The reaction is not quite as expected...she sends the two in for a bath. After their bath, Masaru's mother has a wonderful meal for them. Afterwards, the boys and their digimon play games. As the boys are pillow-fighting upstairs, Chika and Mrs.Daimon (Sayuri) are talking downstairs. She says how much more lively their family has become since Agumon arrived.

In the Digital World, Gotsumon humbly approaches SaberLeomon. The larger digimon recalls the storm and destruction caused by the human invasion. The invasion destroyed many of their friends. SaberLeomon says he will personally enter the human world to seek revenge.

The next morning, Ikuto gets up to use the bathroom when he sees who he believes is Yukidarumon preparing breakfast. He gives the female a big hug and suddenly realizes it's Sayuri. He pushes her away and takes off crying. He runs right into Masaru, who tries to console him. Suddenly, Masaru gets a call that an Ultimate level digimon has entered the human world. Masaru tells Ikuto that they must take care of the digimon, and it is not his fault. "Anything that interrupts breakfast cannot be forgiven," he says (^_^)'. Sayuri promises to have whatever they want for breakfast ready when they get back!

MachGaogamon and Lilamon are trying to battle SaberLeomon, but they are getting easily pummeled. Masaru shows up and rams his fist into the large digimon. He is pushed away but not before getting a fist full of digisoul.

Agumon evolves to RiseGreymon (RizeGreymon).

The trio commence their attacks....Howling Cannon....Lila Shower.... Trident Revolver..... The three attacks are easily thwarted by Saber Leomon. He retaliates with Nail Crusher and Infinity Arrow. Then he gets MachGaogamon in a head crushing position.

Ikuto races up to SaberLeomon asking him to stop. "Humans destroyed the Digital World, but now Digimon are destroying the Human World. This is not right!" he says. SaberLeomon orders the boy to get lost and takes a swing at him. Luckily, Falcomon was there to get him out of the way. Masaru is angry telling SaberLeomon that he will defeat him. Suddenly, the large lion digimon looks over to see a purple Gizmon. It shoots a beam of light into SaberLeomon's skull and clearly has done some damage. With his data disrupted, SaberLeomon is dazed and confused. A good time for Masaru to use his fist again. This time the boy's punch breaks off one of the large digimon's fangs. Then Masaru orders RiseGreymon to attack. Another round of "Trident Revolver" finally reduces the ultimate to digitama.

When Masaru joins Ikuto saying it's time to get breakfast, Touma yells for him to look at the digitama. Right before their eyes it disintegrates. That's when Kurata shows up seemingly applauding their work. "The digimon have become very hostile to humans. We must take certain measures...don't you think so....Touma?" he says. Touma stares at him...not really trusting this cunning man.

A short time later Masaru, Ikuto and their digimon partner are prepared to eat a delicious breakfast. Sayuri and Chika watch in amazement as the guys gobble down their food so vigorously! That evening when the boys are taking their shower/bath, it's apparent that Ikuto would like to stay at the Masaru home. At least for now.
