DIGIMON SAVERS EPISODE 5

Break into the Digital World! Drimogemon's Trap!

Tohma (Touma?) has taken the Digital Dive into the Digital World, and Yoshino tries desperately to pick up his signal. The Dive has never been tested on humans....what could Tohma be thinking??? Yoshino is lucky enough to pick up a signal, but loses it quickly. That's when Masaru demands to be sent as well. When Yoshino refuses, Masaru begins to stomp on the machine trying to get it to work. In order to keep the machine intact, Yoshino relents. She tells him to return bringing Tohma.

When Masaru and Agumon arrive in the digital world, they don't find it all that different from Earth. Masaru is amazed to see the numerous digimon flying, bouncing or walking around. They search for Drimogemon passing an ice coliseum as they look. Finally, the two encounter the mole-like digimon in a mountainous area. The chase is on! That devious Drimogemon averts capture by causing a cave-in and sending both Masaru and Agumon plummeting downward. Once on solid ground, the two come face to face with none other than Tohma and Gaomon. Seems they two were caught in a cave-in.

Meanwhile a very angry Captain Satsuma has caught poor Yoshino. He brings in the other girls, and they do their best to locate the two boys.

Back in the caves, Drimogemon has built himself quite a labyrinth making it difficult to find an exit. Not only that....but the ground is unstable so it is impossible for Agumon or Gaomon to digivolve. Masaru sees that Tohma has hurt his leg and decides to put differences aside and assist him. Just when finding an exit looks hopeless, Drimogemon passes them from below. Tohma insists they let him pass for their digimon are not strong enough, but Masaru is not going to let this chance get away. The stubborn digidestined sends all of them diving on top of the startled digimon. Drimogemon takes off tunneling while everyone holds on for dear life. As luck would have it, Drimogemon tunnels his way outside. That's when Tohma realizes that this was Masaru's plan all along!

Steering Drimogemon, Masaru leads him into the ice coliseum they had passed earlier. This is a battleground where Drimogemon cannot tunnel. Agumon and Gaomon can now digivolve to Geogreymon and Gaogamon, but uh oh! Drimogemon has also digivolved to ...... Digmon (Cody...where are you??). Unlike before, Tohma and Masaru work together. A mega flame and spiral blow timed just right merges into a flaming tornado. The attacks had fused and reduced Digmon to a digi-egg. From that time on, the two digidestined resolve to work together.

Once returning to the real world, Captain Satsuma conveys his displeasure (that's a nice way of saying he was YELLING)! "You must uphold the rules," he says just before chilling out and adding, "Good job returning."
