MASARU DAIMON

Masaru is very arrogant and impulsive. He calls himself the #1 street fighter in Japan, and even believes he has his own turf. In most cases, Masaru will take action before thinking things through, and that action normally involves his fists. Although he acts tough, Masaru is not afraid to show his sensitive side especially when it comes to his digimon partner, family, and friends.

Masaru becomes a member of DATS (Digital Accident Tactics Squad) after befriending Agumon in a most unusual way. When the two first met, they engaged in a one-on-one battle for hours until finally both were just too exhausted to fight anymore. They called a truce and became friends.

Currently, Masaru lives with his mother and little sister. It wasn't always like that.... Ten years ago, Masaru's father disappeared. Later episodes will reveal how Masaru's father entered the Digital World with an exploration team and vanished.
