Images of Bleach Episode 318

In this episode Ichigo and Rukia are rescued by Yoriuchi, who then explains that the Soul Reapers are being replaced secretly by Reigai. These clones house the spiritual essence of Soul Reapers and function like a gigai. The reigai contains near-perfect copies of memories, personalities and behaviors of the Soul Reapers.
No wonder Renji and Ikkaku acted like such jerks!
