Late that day, after Basara and Hannah left, Bell's grandfather and master of the mansion, Jingemon Daikokuten, appears to Ranzo. He apologizes for Bell breaking his bey and shows the youth Bell's workshop.
Ranzo gets to work resurrecting Ragnaruk with Bell's dynamite battle system. Bell is helping whether Ranzo wants his help or not. Basara has returned and stops the two from arguing.
Cyclone Ragnaruk is complete, and it's time for a rematch. Both have declared "Low mode" for the battle. Cyclone Ragnaruk wins by an over finish, and Bell is not happy about that!
