Lieutenant Thomas Richard Shubaltz
OK, well, this shrine is for MY favorite character (Oh selfish me!).
Oh yeah, I may ogle Irvine and drool over Karl, but you know what? It's
Thomas that really tugs on my heart strings. Who knows the reason...maybe
it's his innocently nerdy overconfidence. It's very appealing, don't you think?
OUR DEDICATED GUARDIAN
|
We first encounter Thomas in episode #38 of Guardian Force. As head of the
Empire's Guardian Force (and damn proud of it), he is suppose to meet up with
the leader of the Republic's Guardian Force or Van. Friction occurs quite often
between Van and Thomas, but after a while they become great comrades working together
to wipe out evil.
Lieutenant Thomas Richard Shubaltz is the younger brother of Major Karl
Shubaltz. Always living in the shadow of his respected brother, Thomas spent
his time doing what he knew best...electronics. He soon developed Beak, his
AI or man-made organoid. It is the computer installed within the Zoid core of
the DiBison that can make decisions just like humans.
Thomas has a few weaknesses (What?? No way!). He has a hot temper and a short fuse
to go along with it. However, Fiona is the one person that can melt that fuse quickly.
Thomas took one look at Fiona, and it was love at first site. He soon realizes that
Fiona only has eyes for Van, but that doesn't stop him from caring about her.
Thomas is voiced by the talented Ryan Luhning, and I must admit he sounds perfect.
Don't you agree?!!

With brother, Major Shubaltz, whom he admires very much.

And you thought only brother Karl had the looks. Think again!
|

Thomas is very proud to be a member of the Guardian Force!
|

Wow, look at those eyes...Thank you mama Shubaltz.
|

He even looks good angry. Fiona, please cool him off!
|

Awww, little cutie working on his electronics!
|

The first meeting with Van didn't go off as planned!
|

The helmet is one of his connections to Beak.
|

It was love at first site when he saw Fiona.

Well I hope you liked my little tribute to Thomas. Again, if I
have made any mistakes, please let me know. I really do appreciate
when people inform me that I've screwed up! Hee, hee!!
