At the risk of sounding redundant...this is guessing since I've only seen the Japanese version.

Thanks to Moonbay the Ultrasaurus was able to recover enough to fire the gravity cannon. It's a direct hit! But WAIT.....No Way! The Death Saurer is so powerful that it literally repels the cannon's shell. In a cruel act of revenge Hiltz fires multiple charged particle beams that randomly destroy villages and towns throughout the planet. Such senseless destruction!

Prince Rudolph and Captain Hermann send ground as well as aerial troops to battle, but their feeble attempts can't even scratch the Death Saurer. The Blade Liger chases the huge Zoid, but Van finds himself surrounded by sensor missiles deployed from the Death Saurer's tail. When Hiltz fires another round of missiles aimed directly at the Blade Liger, it looks like the end for our hero. Just as Van cringes in preparation for impact, a charged particle beam from out of nowhere disintegrates the approaching missiles. OH, KAWAII!! It is Raven who saved Van's life! The two, once bitter rivals, begin working together to bring an end to Hiltz' reign of terror. Van charges at the Death Saurer only to be hit by its' tail and thrown into a building. Raven faces the evil Zoid head-on, but soon finds himself crashing into a building as well.

Van and Raven discuss the vulnerability of the fan behind the Death Saurer when Ryss appears on Van's comlink. She tells Van something about Zoids Eve. (Possibly that if Zoids Eve is destroyed then all Zoids would stop functioning. Guessing....This is the part when understanding Japanese would have really come in handy.)

Van and Raven, fighting side-by-side, resume their attack on Hiltz. Hiltz grows weary of their attempts and opens the Death Saurer's chest hatch. This initiates a powerful suction pulling Van and Raven into imminent doom. Fiona screams for Zoids Eve's help. The figure illuminates and sends out a hurricane like burst that sweeps the two Zoids away from the Death Saurer. Hiltz angrily exchanges words with Fiona which results in a charged particle blast of immeasurable force. The blast hits the Ultrasaurus as well as the Whale Kings flying overhead. There is considerable damage.

Fiona sees no other way to stop Hiltz but to sacrifice herself and destroy Zoids Eve. (Sayonara is a word I do understand.) Zeke opens and wraps himself around the ancient Zoidian. Van tells her not to go through with it for he has come up with an idea. Van opens communications with Captain Hermann to explain. The Captain thinks the idea is crazy, but Dr. D feels that it just might work. What is that plan?....To fire the Blade Liger through the Zoid Core of the Death Saurer using the gravity cannon...a feat similar to the human cannonball circus act!!!

Van's comrades salute him as the Blade Liger is lowered into the gravity cannon. While Van prepares, Raven continues to battle Hiltz keeping the evil man distracted. Suddenly the Death Saurer glows with added power. To Raven's surprise Shadow fuses with the Geno Breaker giving it added strength. Amazingly, Raven hits the Death Saurer with a charged particle blast that actually does some damage. Before Hilts has a chance to recover Major Shubaltz fires the gravity cannon. Hiltz retaliates with a charged particle blast aimed at the approaching Blade-Liger-Bullet. Van cuts right through the blast with the help of his boosters. The Blade Liger hit its target entering the core of the Death Saurer and exiting in an explosion of crumbling metal and debris. Hiltz screams for the last time.

An overjoyed Fiona merges with Zeke and fuses into the Blade Liger. Van charges out of the ancient city just as the Death Saurer explodes into a million pieces. A short time later the ancient city crumbles and sinks into the planet once more. And with that, the beautiful ending theme plays.... while everyone (including Rosso and Viola) stands outside the Ultrasaurus cheering Van's victory.
