Please understand that I am writing this out of pure speculation since I've only seen the Japanese version, and I don't understand very much of that beautiful language.

The shock waves are quickly approaching the damaged Dibison. Thomas has been rendered unconscious and is unable to hear Van's screams. The blade liger fires a round forming a trench which the Dibison slips into just in time to avoid annihilation. With disaster averted, everyone waits to see if the gravity cannon did indeed destroy the Death Stinger. Is there any life left in the deadly Zoid?? Happily the Zoid Core has shut down, and our heroes cheer their victory. Slowly the Death Stinger fossilizes in a Zoidian form of rigormortis.

Meanwhile, Raven and Ryss have arrived at Zoid Eve where they encounter the Dark Kaiser. Who is it...you ask? The Dark Kaiser is none other than a very disfigured Prozen. Raven is happy to see that Shadow is alive, but that happiness is short lived when Shadow emerges from his pod and begins attacking him. Ryss runs to Raven's aid as Specula and Shadow begin to fight. Prozen chuckles defiantly.

The next scene switches to Van and the others. Fiona has arrived to help hoist the Dibison from the trench to a trailer behind the Gustav. The Zoid's legs are in need of repair making it impossible to move on it's own. While this is being done, Fiona senses something. Suddenly a bright light appears in the sky and smashes into the lifeless Death Stinger. It's Ambient! The organoid merges with the Zoid allowing for it's regeneration.

Back at Zoid Eve the Dark Kaiser taunts Raven. The boy charges at him, but Prozen sends out an electrical force field sending Raven flying. Again Prozen chuckles.

Van and Irvine jump into their Zoids and prepare for battle, but the Death Stinger burrowed its way underground disappearing from their sight. Traveling underground, the Death Stinger approaches the Ultrasaurus. The land gives way from beneath the huge Zoid sending it toppling. Captain Herman orders troops dispatched, but learns the fall caused damage to the exit hatch. It's all up to Van and Irvine. They set out to face Hiltz while the Gustav carrying the Dibison follows.

The battle with the Death Stinger is fierce! At one point the Zoid grabs the Lightning Saix in it's claw. The Blade Liger sends a barrage of gunfire setting Irvine free. Unfortunately, it isn't long before both Van and Irvine are caught in the claws of the Death Stinger. (This next part is awesome!!!) Fiona and Thomas arrive just in time. From behind the Gustav, Thomas instructs Beak to fire..... MEGALO MAX!!!! The impact damages Hiltz's Zoid and releases Van and Irvine.

Van, Irvine, and Thomas continue slamming the Death Stinger with all the fire power they can. Hiltz gloats something about Zoid Eve which triggers some memories from within Fiona. Suddenly, Fiona is hit with gunfire. Van angrily charges the Blade Liger (shield in place) at Hiltz. The Death Stinger's tail is completely cut off from the attack and an explosion results. Is it finally the end?

Van jumps from the Blade Liger and runs to the Gustav only to find Thomas assisting a badly injured Fiona. Van cradles her in his arms as she tries to tell him.....she remembered. Irvine shouts for them to look at the Death Stinger. It begins to disintegrate into tiny fragments of light and disappears. To Van's horror, the same thing happens to Fiona. His look of bewilderment turns to anguish as he cries out in sorrow for his beloved Fiona.
