Sister Esther makes her first appearance in episode 3, where she has just murdered the man responsible for the death of Reverend Mother Laura. Esther grew up with the Reverend Mother after her own parents were killed by vampires. Father Nightroad helps the young Sister, and shortly after, she becomes a member of AX. Even though she fights against vicious Vampires, Sister Esther soon learns that not all of them are evil.

Sister Esther has a birthmark in the shape of a star on her torso. This symbol has great significance in the outcome of the series. Keep watching to see what unfolds.
