Rei: Among the few who made it of the colony were a few of my friends, they were sent to Zion and I am alone.... again. The last thing I have of them is a Samurai Sword that was my grandfathers, I miss them.

"Darn it I told you the thing just blew up, and there was nothing ...... there was nothing I could do," Galloo fell to the floor and began to wipe his eyes. " Lay off of him you jerk!" said Riuroute," Many people were slaughtered thanks to Victim not us, we did our part and if that wasn't enough than were worth nothing." "Your right you are worthless..." "Quiet! He's right! They did their job and we can not interfere with that!" said Dr. Crowe!"Dissmissed." "Hey you alright Galloo?" " Yah fine! I think but I'm going to the relaxation room for a while."

"Lucky me another test!" said Rei. "Ah you'll get over it. Besides Instructor said it's different today!" said Kluze. " Great, we'll probably be running on treadmills with magnetic boot and weights strapped to us." " What an imagination!" said Yamagata," More like carrying a refrigerator while playing the cello and dancing on a treadmill," "Ok mine was weird yours was just....stupid," said Rei with a sarcastic look on his face. "Alright now all of you will be taking the live test. From here on in there will be live testing and you will learn to like it... or else. Get ready to go in.." "I wonder what the live tests are?" asked Kluze. "Well it probably doesn't have anything to do with a cello!" said Rei. "Some one told me about this live test crap! They said it was really difficult," said Riu. "Who'd you ask?" "Oh some guy named Clay Fortran!" "Oh ok" ATTENTION," yelled the instructor. The door opened slowly and five figures approached. "I'm to young to die!!!" "I want my mommy!" They all stood in fear, but soon were able to see their repairers clearly. They all fainted. "Oh damn ! It was only a bunch of girls." said Riu! "Their so cute! Are they single." "What kind of sick mother are you instructor. " One of a kind now get your lousy butts in there!" The five stood up and walked to the room. There line up in order were: Number 90, Keiko Sadamoto. Number 91, Amano Takashi. Number 92: Kari Sagara. Number 93: Asami Rio. Number 94: Naomi Takara. "These are your partner repairers. They are essential to the live tests. Now get ready for scanning and meet your partner. "Uh hi." said Keiko. Rei stared and then finally said "Hello, are you available? " SLAP!!! Went an echo startling all in the room. "Pervert!! She yelled. "I swear! If you ever make a pass at me again.. I'll..." "It's alright I got the point!" said Rei pushing her hand in the air down. SLAP SLAP SLAP!!!! "OUCH THAT STINGS!!" "Serves you right, now stop it!!" Keiko was a spunky girl (as you all have seen) with long black hair that was pony tailed in the back. She was a little shorter than Rei and had a temper! "I wasn't letchering you that last time! Damn you've got a strong slap!" "I'm sorry, but I judged you from your first sentence. You alright." "Yah, but my face still stings a little." said Rei. "Let me start from the beginning again! Hi my name is Rei Clou. I want to make it so do your best! 'K?" He smiled and soon was getting scanned. Keiko: He isn't that bad, you've put up with worse. Rei: She's cute right? Who cares about the attitude! First in line are Yamagata Clayden and Asami Rio. The operation started, soon Riu was showing off his stunning skills and was done! "Beat that Rei." he said walking out of the Cuavel room."Next Rei Clou and Keiko Sadamoto." " Here goes!" said Rei.

"Take him down Zero!!" said Kizna " I am trying. This new system you installed is to snippy and doesn't like me! AAAH!" said Zero jumping out of the way. "I'll get you Zero!" said Yamagi. "Try your gun!" "It's out of ammo." "You idiot why did you waste it all like this." "Stop nagging me. I'll deal with it!" "Watch out!" Yamagi charged at Zero like a bull. Zero stood still and with his hands ready. "Noo! Zero Get out of the way!!" yelled Kizuna. "I can't watch. " Alright this is it. Eat THIS!!!" Zero thrusted his hands forward and threw Yamagi off balance he then tripped him and picked him up. Pinning Yamagi's chest against a large boulder, he ripped out the energy pack on Yamagi's Pro-Ing. Yamagi fell silent to the ground. "Entry number 88/A1. Hit point 12566744. Please return to hangar. Zero then walked in and was greeted by Kizna. "Great job! But I wish you wouldn't scare me like that. "Sorry, but that was the only thing that I could do. Well time for you to do your job. I'll be in the Gym if you need me!" Kizna: He's matured so much but he still is the same inside. The boy I used to get disgusted at but that is why I like him so much! Zero went down the hall only to be met by Yamagi. "Dammit! I Almost had you! " " Like hell. " Zero said waving his hand sarcastically. "Hey don't brush me off like that. " " I'm surprised you could handle that new system you little pip squeak!" "What was that!! I ought to kill you for that?" "Oh I'm sorry Yamagi, did you say something? Your shortness got in my ears and I couldn't hear you!" "Ohhhhh... shut UP!!" "Let's just get going.... " Hiead: He hasn't changed but his fighting ability has improved. He is a worthy opponent. "Hiead Sir, aren't we going to the stadium?" "Quiet, I know that. Just stay shut up and don't interfere with me!" "Yes sir." said Ikhni.

"Damn they throw me out into space for this?? " "Stay clear, and focused. Victim type B. Their approaching fast so don't loose sight of them and keep calm. " said Keiko. "Ah what do you know! The Victim approached rapidly in an attack speed. "To easy! He sliced down the Victim. "First bogie down!! "Great now get the other one before he get's to Zion." " Right! Now setting levels eight and seven to full." "Don't do that! You'll waste energy." " I'll do what I want!" said Rei. "Oh operate according to instructions!" "What, what is that? I can't here you!! " Azuma looked very surprised and said to himself," This seems so familiar!" " Were almost there and hey there are obstacle in that route!! Take this one instead!!" " I've waited to long for someone to be shouting out orders to me on how to do this there it is!!! Rei's hair went bright blue and with one thrust of his sword, the test was over! "Second bogie down. Number 90, return to operations room." "Alright first victory." said Keiko. "But.... oh dammit!" "Well how'd you like them apples Riu?" "I didn't, you'll see, I can beat that. Just not today!" "Enough, I've seen this before and I am not happy about that EX reaction. Keep it under control or else! Got it?" "Alright.......but what's an EX reaction anyway?" asked Rei. " Don't bother me with your stupid questions, now get going." "Tell me what is this reaction?!" "Darnit!!" yelled instructor as he punched Rei. "Keep quiet or else." Rei picked himself up and put up his fists. "Your not gettin' off that easily!" "Well, you think you can take me on you little wafe? Alright." Instructor took of his coat and set it on the ground. "Common, let's see what a newbe like you has got!"

"Hah! You think...*pant* ... that... you could beat me!!" said Zero. "Yah... I think that I could but all I need is a..... little training." "Dream on! You couldn't get me to train you if you paid me! Hey...." A rush of candidates was seen down the hall and the two went to investigate, " What the hell's going on!" "Hey Luz!! What's up?" asked Yamagi. "The new candidate is beating up instructor! Hurry up and let's go!" "The new..... uh ... let's go!!" Running down the hall the several made it to Cuavel and saw what was going down.

"Your not to bad for an old man!!" Rei threw a punch and dodged instructors. "Heck your alright! But too.... eh.. slow!! " Instructor made contact with Rei's chest winding him and knocking him against the wall. Instructor stood panting over Rei. "You idiot....who.. taught you how to fight your grandpa?". Rei still laying on the ground whispered to himself,"Yes my....grandfather!!!" Rei stood up, his hair glowing EX particles. " What the he..." Instructor's curse was interrupted by a fist in the stomach. Azuma stood with a smile on his face and fainted. Cheers went though the crowd. Hiead who was standing near turned and smiled with a " Hmph," Ikhni stared at the falled Instructor. "Let's go!" said Hiead. Elsewhere, Rei stood stood over his fallen opponent and said," Get a stretcher!" The nearby candidates brought the stretcher from the infirmary. Soon, Azuma was being carried down the hall.

Walking into the infirmary, Dr. Crawford stood with her back to the door. "Rill" said Azuma who regained consciousness. " Ok, Azuma who do I need to clean......... My god!! What happened to you ?? " "It's a long story, just patch up my arm, it hurts..... allot!" "What the hell? Who did this?" Azuma pointed and smiled. He's pretty good. "You little...." "No Rill, it's mostly my fault. I accepted his challenge." "That may be so but you can still get in trouble for this! " "Demarets for EX reactions," said Instructor. Keiko stood behind Rei and stared. She then spoke up and said," He's very sorry and it won't happen again!" She grabbed Rei's arm and flew off down the hall. "Wow instructor your a mess." said Zero. "Don't say another word."

"Dammit! I hope he liked that." said Rei. "You shouldn't say things like that besides were in enough trouble as it is and I don't expect any more crap from you!" " Ah go to hell!" said Rei. "A moment ago it was 'oh such a cute girl', and now it's go to hell?!" Slap! Rei saw the hand fly towards his face and he quickly grabbed her arm. "Ahh, wha...." " I would appreciate it if you would stop slapping me." Rei walked silently out of the room and the door shut behind him. "Oh! Hey get your butt back here!!"

"Darn it all! Erts are you there? " "Tune I believe the frequency of this radio doesn't work that well, If you turn it to the right a little, ahh that's much better." "Thank you Erts," She grabbed his hand to get up and Erts fell silent. "Erts whats..." "Nothing, I just got a little queasy. Go on I'll catch up." Tune left the room with Erts standing. Erts: What is this feeling, I feel a sense of sorrow and yet the feeling of love within her, she still longs for my brother Ernest, if only I could..." Erts put his hand over his heart and for the first time since his brother died he felt the sorrow of his lost sibling. "My brother..... my brother."

"Rei wake up!" Rei sat up and yawned, "What time is it?" " time for you to go to school. your friends have kindly waited for you and they are getting restless. Now hurry up or you'll miss them." Rei: What is this place, I can't be back....am I . Rei walked outside the door and looked strait up, as he stood still a flash of light overcame him and there stood Kluze and Keiko, "What the he..." "That's enough now let's go!" said Kluze. " "But what the hell are you all doing here, I think that I am....." "Let's Go!!" Rei: What is this I thought that I was in GOA, but this isn't my colony either. The sky is eternal, it goes on forever and there's no ceiling. "REI WAKE UP!!!!" "Ahhhh! what the heck ," "Get your lousy butt out of that bed! Were late!" "Let's go there's more live testing." Rei ran out of his room and zipped around the corner. Hiead witnessing this spontaneous event spoke to himself, "What is this, I can sense the power that sleeps within him but why has he not seen this yet, his EX power is about equal with mine, I'd better watch it or I'll lose." Rei: This is weird, I have had dreams before but that hasn't stopped but that dream I had,
Flashback: "Find me." "Who are you, I don't understand." "I am apart of you, you hold an unlocked power inside you, gather all us together and our power shall become one!" "But what do you mean I ..... can't discern this, oh dammit speak up... where, where did you go! Come back, and explain this!
Rei: That was it and I can't understand it, I don't know but I must unlock this secret potential that sleep within myself. There is something so familiar about that girl, but why can I remember.

"What am I doing in this place, where is this uh.... is that me....I've seen this before but what am I doing. What does this all mean. Hiead lost in a reoccurring dream began to walk forward, the image was his own self standing pointing a gun in his direction. "Who are you?" "I am you. Your cold, heartless side that you have chosen to wield at every living being that you come in contact with." "But what the heck, why are you here, I chose to live like this, I thought it was my born personality." "Your dark ignorance blinds you from when you weren't this way, and I plan on making sure that you can never find your true self again!" "What the hell, I am my true self, at least I think." "You have closed yourself up to the one who will help you, and thanks to me you will never find this person. " " But I thought I was my true self, your lying!!" "If this is your true self.......then you might as well die, so DIE!!!!!" The image cocked the gun and fired. Hiead fell silent to the ground, lying in his own blood, it turned dark and swallowed him up. "NO LET ME GO!!!!"

" I can't believe this, that idiot was holding back," said Zero. "Hey Hiead, why the heck didn't you fight, I kicked your butt out there. I have come to expect more from you...." Zero was interrupted with Hiead slamming him into the wall, a short silence went over the existing audience. "Don't criticize me! I don't want your pity! Now get out of the way!" "You bastard." said Zero as Hiead let him go. "What's up with him." As Hiead continued his walk down the hall he could here his voice laughing an evil laugh. Now he new that it was true, his dream was some sign.
" I can't stand this Keiko, there is no way that I can wait for the Pro-Ing battle." As Hiead walked past, it was as if time itself stopped, then Hiead continued on. Rei: He was in pain, he was struggling against himself. He is empty inside. "Darn it Rei are you going to stand there all day!!"

"Hey Kluze, I think that there are tests today," said Rei. "Yah but these start the real training. There is nothing wrong with doing it this way but ... why do we have to have some more advanced idiot handle us." "What are you talking about?" asked Rei. "On this glorious day, we will meet our seniors!!" "Were going to meet old people?" Kluze fell flat and got up again and sighed. "NO!! We are going to meet some guys that have gone through the training and are currently the top candidates." Rei: Today I will have another partner, but will he be able to help me with all this going on inside my head?
Flashback: Rei you aren't concentrating!! You are open to all sorts of attacks. " "Grandpa, I can't think with these dreams I have had, their getting in the way. " "Then use it to your advantage. Remember that your dreams are an extension of your self, your mind. They are like wings floating softly in the wind. If you can grasp them and take a threshold you will fly to what your heart desires."
Rei: But it isn't as easy as that! And why am I having these dreams.

Hiead: That was me, and that guy I saw was myself, if I can't take control of my hatred, towards them....towards those people who killed my family, I will end up killing myself, but how, how will I be able to do this. I can't do this for much longer until I snap! And what then? What will happen to me then? Does this mean that I am going to.......Die?!!
