Darker Than Black
A strange phenomena known as "Hell's Gate" came to exist in a parallel world that mirrors modern Tokyo. It suddenly appeared ten years ago and with it came unusual individuals who are referred to as Contractors. These special individuals are gifted with powerful psychic abilities. However, they are also void of human emotion allowing them to perform acts of murder without even flinching. Organizations around the world use Contractors to get closer to the mysteries of "Hell's Gate" among other things. Hei is one of these Contractors. He passes himself off as a student and is very convincing. However, he is one of the best and must never be underestimated!
Among the beautiful CG, Darker Than Black has enough twists and turns to sculpt even the flabbiest abs (ha, ha...how's that for an analogy??). It's intriguing, taunting, and full of surprises. So if you're one who enjoys a good action series along with everything else, you won't want to miss an episode.
