This Saturday, October 27th, Cartoon Network will be airing 2 new episodes of Naruto. This is a welcome change especially since a Goosebumps marathon will be taking place most of the day. Four ninjas from the Sound Village are on a mission to retrieve Sasuke for the evil and cunning Orochimaru. How will Sasuke get out of this one? Will he be strong enough? Let's all watch and see what happens.....

In other news....A round of applause for Funimation! Their DVD release of the series "Witchblade" was their best selling anime release so far for 2007. Keep up the great work....so we can look forward to more licenses!(Credit: Anime News Network.)

It was definitely time to get that section started...especially with the premier of the 1st episode to air on Cartoon Network October 20th. There is much to be done, but it will come gradually. Working full-time, taking a class, and updating this site is starting to get harder and harder. I need a vacation!! (^_~)

Is everyone watching Digimon Data Squad? Thanks to Cartoon World, I was able to catch the episodes from Toon Disney. However, I'm looking forward to the DVD's (if ever released)...it will be nice to watch without all those pop-ups and logos. Speaking of DVDs; with the demise of Geneon (so depressing) and ADV's layoffs, it's apparent the importance of supporting our anime suppliers. I set aside a set amount from every paycheck for DVD and/or manga purchases. Currently FYE is having a good rebate sale on Death Note pre-orders. So check out your local store.

We knew it was coming....right? Now it's official....According to a post on the adultswim.com message board one of Viz's latest acquisitions, Death Note, will commence airing at midnight (Eastern time zone) on October 20th. Looks like Bleach will be on hiatus for a little while.....possibly as more episodes are dubbed.

A new poll has been added in light of the announcement above. I hope everyone can take just a brief moment and let me know what you'd like to see most in the "Death Note" section that is coming.
