Inuyasha: Return to the Past

     Disclaimer:  Hey everyone!  I've come back from the dead to write more chapters for a new fic.  And we have two special guests.  Your author will be in his own fic!  And a very special guest and I mean very special, Guardian Angel will be in this fic!  Yes, that is right, she will be in it and two of my friends will be in it too!  Oh yeah, I don't own Inuyasha but if I did, I would probably be in a coma from all the excitement.

     Chapter 1: Return to the Past

     Kagome lay asleep on her bed when she awoke with her eyes still closed.  "That was a great dream," Kagome said to herself.  "Dreaming that Inuyasha was still alive and we had a great adventure with Shippo and Sesshomaru."  Kagome smiled.  "What a great dream."  Kagome then sat up, opening her eyes.  She turned towards her door as she let out a gasp.

     There sat Inuyasha, asleep with his shirt gone and his jeans all torn up.  Kagome looked over to Inuyasha's right to see a new red t-shirt lying next to him.  "It wasn't a dream after all," she said as a big smile came across her face.  "It was real!"  Kagome felt like jumping out of bed, cheering and screaming of joy but she knew she didn't want to wake Inuyasha so she tip toed out of bed, tip toed across her, opened the door slowly, and closed the door quietly.

     Kagome went downstairs, as she smelled the sweet aroma of breakfast.  Kagome walked into the dining room.  When she walked in she gasped to see Shippo at the table, sitting next to her brother Sota.

     "Oh, hey Kagome." Shippo said as he turned back towards Sota and resumed talking to each other.  Kagome couldn't quite hear what they were talking about but she thought she heard something about video games.

     Kagome sat down next to Shippo as her mother came in.  "So, what's for breakfast Mom?"

     "Well there's eggs, bacon, biscuits, toast, pancakes,..."

     "But what's with all the food?  I mean there's only five people here.  What is it, a special occasion?"

     "It is a special occasion.  You said Inuyasha was dead, but he's here and so we're going to celebrate."

     "With a big breakfast?"

     "Yes."

     Kagome just shrugged it off and helped herself to some food.

     After everyone were done eating, Shippo and Sota left into his room to play video games.  Kagome was about to get up until she saw Inuyasha walk in.  "I smell breakfast," Inuyasha said as he put on his shirt.  He sat down in a chair across Kagome and started to chow down on anything he could grab or in other words he was eating the rest of the food on the table.

     After Inuyasha was done eating he and Kagome left to go outside.  Shippo also left leaving Sota as the Super Smash Bro. Champion.

     Inuyasha and Kagome walked around the outside the house.  "Everything from last night was real?” said Kagome.

     "What did you think it was?"  Inuyasha asked.  "A dream?"

     "Yes.  I thought it was all a dream."

     Inuyasha and Kagome stopped in front of the door to the well.  "Nothing will keep me away from you.  We will always be together."  Kagome opened the door to the well as they walked inside.  Shippo still followed them from a distance with his hands in his pockets.

     Inuyasha and Kagome stood in front of the well, looking down it.  "Too bad we can't return to the past." Kagome said sadly.

     "Yeah, I kinda miss it too."

     Just then, a bright pink light appeared at the bottom of the well as these pink tentacles came out from the bottom and grabbed on to Kagome and Inuyasha.  Inuyasha and Kagome struggled to break free but they couldn't as they were being pulled into the well.  Shippo saw this as he ran and dived into the well, chasing after Kagome and Inuyasha.

     "Don't worry, I almost gotcha!" Shippo yelled as he drew closer to them.

     Inuyasha and Kagome were dropping deeper and deeper into the well as a blue and black light surrounded them.  "Almost there!" Shippo yelled.

     Shippo was about to catch them until he felt dull pain on his face.  Shippo had landed face first into the ground.  Shippo got up and looked around the well as blood ran down his nose.  "Where'd they go?" he said as he looked around the bottom of the well.

     Inuyasha and Kagome were kept being pulled by the tentacles as they ventured even deeper into the blue and black light.

     Inuyasha struggled to grab the Tetsusiaga but couldn't do so.  But then, the pink tentacles released them disappearing into the blue and black light.  They then landed onto soft ground.  Inuyasha and Kagome looked around the small-boxed room to find out they were still in the well.

     "What the hell just happened?" said Inuyasha as he looked up the well.

     "I don't know, but lets just get out of here, okay?"

     "Here, climb on my back."  Kagome climbed onto Inuyasha's back as he jumped out of the well.  When they got out of the well, they were both shocked to see what had happened.
