Eri's solo is set to come out on DVD. Its name; "Explosive Punch with a big smile (star)". To promote her song, Eri will be the special guest at the Fujimizaka New Year Festival. As it turns out, Ai recommended her to the festival planners. Astra was disappointed that he wasn't invited to appear.

Copipemon is told by Mienumon to take care of her.

Later, Ai and Eri are walking down the street where the festival is taking place and decide to pay a visit to Eri's biggest fan, Hatsumi.

The next day at the festival, Eri's face is showing up everywhere! Even on the TV stations! Complaints are coming in and the live concert may be cancelled. Hatsumi will be so disappointed. Dokamon points out Copipemon exiting phones, which confirms this was caused by an Appmon infected with the L virus.

Eri goes charging into the web world with Haru and Astra following. Copipemon multiplies himself and fights, but Dokamon is angry that Eri's life was disrupted and defeats him. Turns out this chip is Code 5 of the Seven Code!

Eri returns in time to do her concert and much to Mienumon's dismay, the young idol becomes even more popular than ever!
