Although not a complete summary, these are the details of what occurred during this episode:

Tai and the others are really disappointed when things don't go back to normal.
Gennai appears on Izzi's computer to recite a prophecy that could result in restored order. It goes as follows:

The sky will be darkened by the wings of many bats.
The fallen people will invoke the name of the undead, unborn king.

When the clock strikes the hour of the beast, the undead king will reveal himself in his true form.

Angels will shoot arrows of hope and light at the loved ones of those they have been sent to protect and a miracle will happen.

Joe returns home and is startled by his brother, Jim, who was hiding out. Jim meets Bukamon. Jim accompanies Joe to the convention center where their parents remain in a sleep-like state. They discuss Joe's future as a doctor.

Izzy and his parents have a heart warming talk. They finally tell the boy he is adopted. Seems Izzy's real father, who was a brilliant mathematician and distant cousin, was killed in an auto accident along with his mother.

Matt, T.K. and their father try to get help from the outside, but the fog makes it impossible. When they return to their Van, the first details (bats) of the prophecy comes true.

Everyone returns to the convention center and discover the people are chanting the name of "Myotismon"....second part of the prophecy.

Realizing the hour of the beast is approaching (06:06:06), Tai, Matt, and Mr. Ishido set out. As the clock strikes, Venom Myotismon is born. Demidevimon is devoured by Venom Myotismon as a snack. Agumon and Gabumon digivolve to fight. While their digimon hold off VM, Tai and the others return to the convention center.

There is no way to move all the people in time. Izzi, T.K., Kari, Gatomon, and Patamon return with Tai and Matt to where Greymon and Garurumon are fighting. Patamon and Gatomon digivolve to Angemon and Angewoman.

In order to complete the last of the prophecy, Angemon and Angewoman are instructed to shoot their arrows of hope and light at Tai and Matt.....Then a miracle occurred. MetalGreymon and Garurumon digivolve tooooooo WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon!
