DESTINY OF THE TAMERS
by Mageman_Ultimate

Hey there everybody!  It's the Mage!  I have decided to just go with Sir Magus, so next time you read one of these, remember that Sir Magus wrote it!  This chapter will be pretty short, because I have writerus blockus[writer's block].  Enjoy it if you can. A/N:  The characters are OOC for a reason.  DISCLAIMER:  Just read it in chapter 3.  That's where it's been updated.

Chapter 4:  Confusion

"Good morning Arimon, oh, wait, you're Saiamon now." Shiro said with a tired look on his face.  He hadn't stayed out that late in a long time, since he liked to sleep so much.  He was tired all morning.  When he got into the kitchen, he fought Dawn for the coffee, and then poured it in his cereal.  When he was finally awake, he grabbed his skateboard, and prayed that he didn't kill anybody on the way to school.  Rika was already on the sidewalk when he got there, and, noticing her at the last minute, ran into a lightpole so that he didn't hit her.  "Are you alright, Shiro?" Rika asked as Shiro's eyes began to focus.  The person he saw couldn't have been Rika.  It was more like...a goddess.

He pulled himself together, and stood up with a really stupid look on his face.  They went together, but he was silent unless she asked him a question, and then he only answered in short sentences, with an uncomfortable tone of voice.  When they got to school, they both went to first period, health.  Shiro wasn't feeling too good, and   had to be taken home for a MAJOR headache and a fever.  When he got home, Rika came by saying that most of the kids had just gotten sick from what Mrs. King had said in health, and they called off school because of it.  "Rika...I have a question to ask you." Shiro said.  "What's up?" Rika asked.  "Well, I, um, remember this morning, when I nearly rammed into you, and hit the lightpole instead?" Shiro asked.  "Um, yeah.  So?" she asked.  "Well, you, uh, I mean, I saw...a goddess." he said.  "A goddess...?"  "Yeah..."  "Do...do you...like me?  Is that why?"  "I like you, but that's not it.  The goddess was so familiar.  It shows up whenever I'm worried.  This morning, I thought I'd hit you, but she only ever shows up in the background, like another person..."  "So you do like me?"  "Of course.  I wouldn't let you into my house if I didn't."  "Good.  I'll let you get some rest now.  Bye!"  Rika walked out of the room and was cut off by Saiamon at the stairs.  "Don't worry, Rika, he didn't get what you were asking, but I'm sure he does." he said.  "Thank you, Saiamon.  Take care of him.  I'd hate to hear that something bad happened to him." she said.  "Rika, take care of yourself.  Shiro would probably die if he heard that something bad happened to you." he said.  Rika said goodbye and walked off.

"So what did I miss?" Shiro asked.  "Well, not lunch, luckily." Saiamon said.  "Saiamon, why do you obsess over food?" Shiro asked.  Saiamon was about to answer, when he heard a knock at the door.  "Come in." Shiro said.  "Hey, Shiro, how ya doin?" said Impmon.  "Hi Shiro!  I heard you were sick, so we came to visit you!" said Calumon sweetly.  "Guys...I...don't know what to say.  Thank you." he said.  He grabbed his chain and put it around his neck, and then the stone on the end started to glow.  It pointed at Impmon, almost as if he had something it wanted.  Everyone stood in shock for a minute, but the silence was broken when Shiro's mom called everyone down for lunch.  All but Shiro went down, and Shiro got dressed and then caught up with them.  They had a good lunch, and then Saiamon sensed a digimon.  They rushed off towards the digital field, and caught up with the rest of the Tamers on the way.  "Hey guys!" he said.  "Hey Shiro, feeling better?" Takato asked.  Terriermon was riding on Guilmon's head, and Guilmon had nothing to say, since he was in psycho battle mode.  Henry was unusually quiet.  When they reached the digital field, Takato stared in confusion.  It was the Hypnos building, and Yamaki had just ran a program that he said would get rid of all digimon.  The D-Reaper incident had nearly destroyed the world, and he wouldn't risk having another one.  Although the Tamers had found their digimon, Yamaki thought that opening the digital world would bring all evil digimon back, however, by trying to destroy them all, his program, Desolation, ran the same way as Juggernaut, and sent forth an awesome, but evil digimon.  Their digivices gave a picture, but no data, on the giant digimon on top of the building.  Shiro's digivice gave a readout though.  "Tigiramon, Mega level, Deva type digimon.  This is the digivolution of Mihiramon.  This is gonna get really ugly." he said.

What is the deal with Shiro's pendant?

Why is he able to get a readout on a Deva?

What other effects will Desolation have on the world?

Good things come to those who wait, so keep logging on to find out!
