Chapter Six: The Other Half of It

          “Now, that has changed,” Dynasmon said. “He spared him, besides, Crusadermon is such a loser,” Alexandria sneered. “Princess, you have to stay away from them,” Madison said, “They are after your power,” “Yes, your stupid power,” Alexandria said. “Alexandria was one of the princesses until Dynasmon erased everything,” Madison said. “No, my goody parents were going to destroy me!” Alexandria said. “Don’t tell anything that I don’t know, that’s false,” Madison sneered. Alexandria darted and grabbed the princess! “Don’t lay a hand on her!” Beowolfmon said. “Oh, I’m so scared, the legendary warrior of Light is going to get me,” Dynasmon moped. “You don’t understand the power of Light!” Chrisdy and Kouichi said. “Silence Weakling!” Dynasmon said. “Cleansing Light!” Beowolfmon attacked. Alexandria raised her hand and sound waves came out of her palm, Beowolfmon trying to survive the blast, Alexandria was blinded and let go of Chrisdy. “We’ll be back, Digi-brats,” Dynasmon said.

          And out of no where, the castle seemed to be destroyed. “What?!” Madison exclaimed, “The castle, it’s gone,” “And all of that flying, what a waste,” Kouichi said. “I guess, we don’t have much to go to, right,” Chrisdy sighed. “Madison!!” Wizardmon said. “Wizardmon?” Madison asked. The team looked at Wizardmon and James as they were flying on the same Parrotmon as Madison’s. “Hello, Digidestined,” Wizardmon greeted. “Hi, Wizardmon,” Lani and Chrisdy said. “So who’s this?” Koji asked. “This is my friend, Wizardmon, he’s the one who told Chrisdy that she was a princess,” Madison said. “Yeah, it’s the same as Julia Roberts acting like your grandma from Genovia,” Chrisdy chuckled.  Lani and Madison burst out laughing. “So you’ve seen Princess Diaries,” Madison said. “Yep,” Chrisdy said. “It looks like the Castle of Light is destroyed.” Wizardmon said. “I’m really sorry, princess,” James said. “It’s ok,” Chrisdy said, “Wait, James, what happened to Terromon?” “Oh, Terromon, he’s ok, something happened to Terromon, I guess Terromon disappeared.” James said.

          “That reminds me, all of the digimon are fleeing, and the fractal codes are being scanned,” Wizardmon said. “By who?” The twins asked. “We are not sure,” James said. “Ophanimon is trying to help the digital world, but it seems that all Celestial Digimon aren’t saving it,” Wizardmon said. “It scanning process is growing rapidly,” James said. Then he got an idea, “Princess, may I have your laptop?” James asked. “Uh, sure, why do you need it?” Chrisdy asked. James showed a picture of the digital world, a pulse was growing rapidly. “The digital world, it’s-“The team said. “Disappearing,” James said. “Chrisdy, Koji, Lani, Kouichi, and Madison, I only told you the half of the story,” Wizardmon said silently. “Only half?” The girls said. “What story?” The twins asked. Madison cleared her throat and said:

      A long time ago, two girls and boys were chosen, one of the girls was the princess keeping the light inside her. Two of the boys were the holders of light and darkness. The princess was the only one that was not sure of her heir, so when the digimon told her that she was a princess, she wasn’t that sure about that. So it was her duty to release the light inside her or keep the light away from eternal darkness.  

          “So that makes sense,” the twins said. “This is the other half that I’ve forgotten,” Wizardmon said.

          When the Digital world was at peace after the first Digidestined, one of the princesses formally known now as Alexandria, was turned evil, shadowed by lies, Alexandria was going to be destroyed. An evil digimon, known as Dynasmon “saved” her. The next digidestined four years later saved the world from the emperor. Alexandria was still shadowed by lies from Dynasmon. The digital world was asleep; the princess who would save the world was living, not in the digital World, but on planet earth. It took a few years for the princess to get more mature, and when Cherubimon turned evil, it was time for Ophanimon to choose new digidestined. Dynasmon was done shadowing the poor little girl Alexandria. Lucemon was sending only the best to destroy the digidestined; Dynasmon and Crusadermon. After the huge battle between Lucemon, the Princess who was holding the light inside her was still on earth, it was then we needed the light the most. The future says that one day the princess will reveal the light inside her, but in a result the digital world was in chaos, the worst was about to happen……

          “Did that really happen?” The twins asked. “Yes, it did,” Wizardmon said, “Madison, James, you were chosen to protect the princess, but with the upper hand, Madison was the one who was the chosen one, meaning, that Madison you must go with the Princess to the true Light Kingdom,” “I get to choose who my people are going with me, right?” Madison asked. “Sure,” Wizardmon said. “Well, then I choose all of you, Lani, Koji, Kouichi,” Madison said. Wizardmon handed Madison a map and said, “This map, I was supposed to give to you Madison before you left, but there was no time, this map will tell you which way you have to go,” also, James gave Chrisdy a box that was enclosed with a shining gemstone necklace, it holds the light power inside the crystal. 

Date: June 19. Day: Monday

Ok, since we are at the Castle of Light, I have made my decision, but I don’t know what’s going to happen. Wizardmon told me that the light inside me is needed so badly, I’m going to release it. Madison hasn’t told me what going to happen; I’m really scared about this. Also, I forgot that the Castle of Light is destroyed :(…….. I can’t believe that Koji, Kouichi, and my best bud Lan, read my diary! When is this going to end? Soon I would like to wish that I wasn’t a princess.  C.h.r.i.s.d.y.

          The team was flying up in the sky, Lani was watching from Parrotmon’s head. Madison thought softly that were the last ones standing between the destruction of the Digital World or the new day ahead.  Koji was just looking out of the Royals and so was Kouichi. “This map knows everything about were we are going, it’s kinda cool,” Madison said. “Yeah,” Chrisdy said. Madison rolled up the map and started looking at it, it was blank for a few minutes, “What?! It’s blank!” Chrisdy sneered. “Huh, what’s happenin’?” Lani asked.  Then everything was appearing on the map. “Well, that’s weird,” Chrisdy said.  “What’s that?” Lani said. Something was blinking where they were flying. “It must be were we are flying, so it can tell us where we are going,” Madison said. Chrisdy opened the box that she was given, inside were two necklaces, one with a shining blue amulet and one with a garnet gemstone necklace. Chrisdy grabbed the shining blue amulet and put it around her neck. 

          “How does it look?” Chrisdy asked. “It looks awesome!” Lani said. “Ah, it’s ok,” Koji said. “You don’t have to be sour,” Chrisdy said. “I’m not, I’m saying what I have a feeling of,” Koji said. “Ok, then tell me what’s true Koji,” Chrisdy said. “Oh, uh,” Koji stammered. “I think that it’s cool,” Kouichi said.  “Yeah, so do I,” Koji said.

          “Hey, what’s that?” Madison said as she pointed on the ground. “Let’s go check it out,” Koji said. Parrotmon flew down and landed pretty hard. “Uh, I’m lost,” Terromon said. “What’cha doing?” Chrisdy asked. “I was battling the Royals, and I was blasted away,” Terromon said. “They Royals are very strong, you should be careful,” Chrisdy said.  “And again we two don’t know who this digimon is.” Koji said. “Shut up,” Chrisdy sneered, “This is Terromon,” “My brother was chasing her, so I guess she was scared,” Madison said. “Nope, your brother was as hard as Greymon’s head; I told him that I work alone!” Terromon said. Madison and Lani sighed, “Little siblings can’t get rid of them,” Everyone including Terromon burst out laughing again. “I know what it feels Lan,” Chrisdy chuckled. “Lan?” everyone said besides Chrisdy and Lani. “Yeah, that’s what I call her sometimes,” Chrisdy sneered. Terromon laughed harder, and the team hid while Terromon kept on laughing. Then she opened her eyes, “HEY Wait for me!” And ran to the team.

          Chrisdy’s brown eyes glowed as the flash of light from her amulet flashed. “That’s weird,” Chrisdy sighed. Madison was holding the map like she was an overly excited tourist in the Wisconsin Dells. “Would you stop holding your map like that,” Chrisdy sneered. “Well sorry, Miss Mom,” Madison sneered back. And Madison slammed into…………
