This is my sequel to Digimon: Frontier.  It is base on the show and has some improvements.  This is full of childish humor and some seriousness.  I do not own any of the characters from the show.

Episode 3: Do I Snow You?

Rika: Well, it seems like Takuya put his foot in his mouth… again.  Or it could just be Bokomon.  But the real story is about Koji, who blames the death of his mom on his twin bother Koichi.  And as he was swimming in grief, the creepy Gargoylemon approached him.  Gargoylemon gave Koji an offer that he did refused, Koji then Spirit Evolved to Lobomon and gave big ugly a big makeover.  Let’s hope Koji’s mood does the same.

As everyone continues walking, Koji decided to straggle behind the group.  He was still trying about Koichi and about his mother.  He also wondered about Gargoylemon.

‘Gargoylemon said he was send by Ophanimon.  He also said that he never lies,’ Koji thought to himself. ‘But looking into his eyes… there has to be more than he was telling,’ he looked at the kids in front of him. ‘Perhaps, the answer is being alone,’ he thought in a sadden tone.

He looked away as Zoe looked back.  She felt Koji’s sadness and didn’t know what to do.

“Hey, Takuya,” J.P. called out. “Just where are we going?”

Takuya placed his hands on his head. “Well, J.P., I think we should go to the Candlemon Village,” replied Takuya.

J.P. blinked twice. “Um, not to sound stupid…”

“Too late.” Takuya joked.

J.P. sighed, “That’s not funny.  Anyway, why are we heading to Candlemon Village?”

Tommy, who overheard almost everything, chimed in, “You think my Human-Spirit is there.”

“Oh yeah,” Takuya happily said. “If my theory is correct, then the next Spirit has to be the Spirit of Ice.”

“Really?” Tommy happily said.

Bokomon entered the conversation sharply, “Not to burst your bubble, but I doubt the Spirits are where it was, one year ago.”

“What do you mean?” Takuya asked Bokomon.

“Well, the Spirits of Agunimon and Lobomon weren’t exactly where last time,” Bokomon informed. “Plus, I think we should be looking for the Beast-Spirits.”

Takuya calmly respond to Bokomon, “You think to much, buddy.”

Bokomon stared at Takuya in surprise. “One year away from the Digital World and he returned to his halfwit self.” Bokomon said to himself.

“I could have told you that.” Koji said, passing Bokomon.

Bokomon look at the group as they continued without him. “Hey, wait up.” He yelled as he tried to catch up.

After an hour passed since they started walking, Zoe spotted three sad Digimon sitting by the railroad tracks.

Zoe says as she pointed, “Look.  Who are they?”

“I’m not sure,” Bokomon said. “They look like Ice-Type Digimon, but it’s too warm for them to be sitting there.”

“Maybe they’re chilling out.” Neemon said.

As they got closer, Zoe used the D-Luxe’s Digidex on the Digimon. “Hey, they’re SnowAgumon.  Unlike Agumon use attack that can burn you, they have attacks that can freeze you.”

“Cool.  Err, no pun intended.” J.P. said.

The kids walked to the sobbing SnowAgumon.

“Hey!” called out Takuya, “Hey!  SnowAgumon!”

The three looked at the kids, Bokomon & Neemon. “Humans,” the younger SnowAgumon said.

“We can see that,” the rude SnowAgumon said.

Takuya and the others ran up to the three SnowAgumon with a bit of concern. “Hey, SnowAgumon.  Is there something wrong?”

“Yes.  I’m being stared down back a group of humans,” the rude SnowAgumon said.

“Shush,” the lead SnowAgumon said to the rude SnowAgumon.  He looked at the Digidestined with a sad sigh. “Please forgive him.  He’s rude to everyone.”

The rude SnowAgumon huffed as he looked away.

“Sounds like me big bother.” Tommy joked.

Zoe stepped forward and kneeled in front of the SnowAgumon. “Can you tell us what are you doing here?  I mean, isn’t it too warm for you?”

The lead SnowAgumon nodded. “It is.  But there isn’t anywhere else to go.  Our home has been stolen.”

“Stolen?” Zoe repeated. “By who?”

The younger SnowAgumon answered in a sad tone. “By a group of evil Digimon.  They claim their land was too small.  And since we were too weak to truly defend ourselves.  They drove us SnowAgumon off of our territory and claimed it for themselves.”

“That’s horrible.” Takuya exclaimed.

“That’s for sure,” agreed Zoe. “I mean, couldn’t they have asked to share the land?”

The SnowAgumon sadly looked at Zoe.

“They’re not the type to ask,” the lead SnowAgumon said. “They only take anything they want.  And what they want, was once our land.”

As the SnowAgumon started to sob over their lost land, Takuya stepped forward with a hope gathering smile.

“Don’t worry, guys.  If you want to get your land back, well then, we’ll be more than happy to help.”

“You’re kidding?” the rude SnowAgumon said. “What can you, humans, do?”

As Takuya was about to speak, the lead SnowAgumon elbowed the rude SnowAgumon in the gut.  Smiling at the kids, he happily said, “Please excuse him.”

“Okay,” nervously said Takuya. “Just lead the way.”

The SnowAgumon nodded then started to lead the group to their former home.

The walk was longer than they thought.  But they were more experienced with traveling long distances.  J.P. still complained but not a lot.

It was nighttime when the SnowAgumon and the heroes reached the stolen land.  The SnowAgumon looked and felt better.  The kids… were very cold.

“Well, with the word “snow” in a name, you should have known it was going to be cold.” Takuya tried to say as he shivered.

“I know, but did it have to be this… this… ah-choo.” Koji said.

J.P. saw a shivering Zoe and made a move. “Hey Zoe, I heard that bodies come together, they can make the bodies warm.”

Zoe looked at J.P. with more astonishment than anything else.  Zoe calmly yet angrily said to J.P., “You are pervert.”  She walked away with her nose in the air.

J.P. blinded in confusion. “Was it something I said?”

Out of all of the Digidestined, Tommy felt was most comfortable.

“Hey Tommy, why aren’t you shivering?” Neemon asked.

Tommy honestly answered, “I don’t know.  I mean I know this is cold here.  But I’m not cold at all.”

“Well I’m not surprised,” Bokomon said, stepped in. “After all, Tommy use to have the Spirits of Ice.”

“Oh.” Neemon said.

After a few moments of silence, the younger SnowAgumon called out, “There they are.”

Everyone looked now into snow valley and at the snow mounds.  From all the mounds came Digimon; seven in all; that sort of looked like Goblimon and Shamanmon, only they were blue instead of green.  Plus, they were wearing snow coats and a spike-topped helmet.

“The evil Digimon.” All three SnowAgumon said at once.

Takuya check them up on his D-Luxe. “They’re YukimiGoblimon.  Evil, bad tempered, and with an I.Q. of a snowball.” Takuya reported.

As everyone listened to Takuya, they heard an evil growl from the base camp.  Tommy, Neemon, and Koji looked down.  They looked at where the growl came from.  It was a big YukimiGoblimon, or at least big compared to the other YukimiGoblimon, standing in from of them all.

“Hey, look at the silly club ornament that YukimiGoblimon has.” Neemon pointed out.

“Club ornament?” Tommy confusedly repeated.

Koji growled then gasped. “That’s no club… whatever you said.  That’s the Spirit of Ice.”

Neemon was at awe. “Oh my.  You mean the Spirit of Ice is actually a club ornament?  I did not know that.”

Koji and Tommy gave Neemon an embarrassed glance.  Koji turned to the others. “Takuya.  The YukimiGoblimon has the Spirit of Kumamon.”

“The Warrior of Ice?” the younger SnowAgumon said.

Takuya came to look. “Well it makes sense.  After all, he is a Human/Ice-Type.”

“Thanks, Mr. Obvious.” obnoxiously said Koji.

“You’re welcome, Mr. Obnoxious.” replied Takuya in the same matter.

“You guys,” Zoe butted in. “What about the SnowAgumons’ land?”

J.P. happily said, “Don’t worry about it, Z.  Takuya and Koji can take care of those blue boneheads and return the land to the SnowAgumon.”

The three SnowAgumon looked a bit upset. “Um, actually,” the lead SnowAgumon started to say.  “I have to warn you about one small detail.”

Takuya and Koji were too big in a hurry to return the stolen land to listen.  As they jumped down, they activated their D-Luxes.

The diagrams of the Spirits appeared.  Takuya did this swing scan as Koji did his overhead scan.  They said in unison, “Execute!  Spirit Evolution!”  Just like before, their human clothes data was replaced by the Digimon armor data.

Koji finished his Spirit Evolution by swinging his light sabers, placing them back in their holsters and roared as he fired his arm laser, “Lobomon!”

Takuya finished his Spirit Evolution by shooting two fire bursts and roaring, “Agunimon!”

The SnowAgumon was spooked for a few moments, but the lead SnowAgumon remembered something more frightening. “Agunimon!  Lobomon!  I must warn you…”

“Don’t worry, buddy.” Agunimon said, then jump into battle.

“Yeah, we’ll take them out easily.” Lobomon said, doing the same.

The lead SnowAgumon murmured, “That’s not it.”

Tommy looked at him as the others looked at Agunimon and Lobomon.

The two Legendary Warriors jumped down and raced toward the YukimiGoblimon.  The YukimiGoblimon looked at them with anger.

“Who dares interrupt my plans to take over the Planes of Ice?” says the YukimiGoblimon leader.

“We do.” Agunimon said.

“And you are?” the YukimiGoblimon leader said.

“We’re the Legendary Warriors.”

“Who?” one of the YukimiGoblimon said.

Lobomon and Agunimon swapped a glance.

“We save the Digital World from the evil Lucemon one year ago.”

“Who?” another YukimiGoblimon said.

“You’re kidding us?” Agunimon said. “Well do you at least know that thanks to us, Cherubimon returned to his original form after being corrupted by his own hatred.”

“Who?” one YukimiGoblimon said.

“Huh?” another said.

“What?” a third said.

YukimiGoblimon leader growled. “You talk too much and with too much big words.  But I will make sure you will no talk anymore.”

“Well, can you at least hand over the Spirit of Ice.” Lobomon demanded.

“The what?” all the YukimiGoblimon said.

Agunimon and Lobomon did an anime drop when they heard that stupid response.

“I might be an idiot.  But even I’ve heard of the Legendary Warriors.” Neemon said.

“Yes.  Surprisingly, the YukimiGoblimon are actually dumber than you.  If you can believe that.” Bokomon said.

Tommy went to talk to the sad and worried SnowAgumon. “Um, excuse me for asking.  But what was it you were going to warn the others about?”

With a sigh, the lead SnowAgumon gave his knowledge. “When those vile YukimiGoblimon came, not only did they take our land, they also took the Fractal Code of all the others Fractal Code and feed it to their leader,”

As Tommy looked at the YukimiGoblimon leader, SnowAgumon finished saying, “Your friends are going into a battle they cannot win.”

At the camp site, Agunimon and Lobomon were seriously peeved. “I had it with all of you.”

“Same here.” Lobomon agreed.

“Good… err… evil.  I wanted battle too.  YukimiGoblimon, attack!” their leader ordered.

All the YukimiGoblimon minions roared as they charged.  Three per Legendary Warrior.  They were mainly using their clubs to attack.  Some missed, but there was a few hits.  Agunimon received the first hit.  Lobomon took a few.  Agunimon took a few more hits before hitting back.  He ignited his fists and punched all the YukimiGoblimon in the face.  All three landed by their ladder.  He looked down at them angrily.

Lobomon also had enough.  He took his light sabers and in one swift motion, defeated all the YukimiGoblimon minions.  They all landed by their leader as well.

“Time for a little purification.” Agunimon said.

“I agree.” Lobomon said.

They saw the YukimiGoblimon’s Fractal Codes appear.  But as they were about to scan them, the lead YukimiGoblimon attacked. “Icy Strike!” he struck Agunimon and Lobomon with an ice ball.  The ice ball exploded and knocked them over.  As they shook off the shock.  They heard the lead YukimiGoblimon say, “No one will take the Fractal Code but me!”

They watched as the lead YukimiGoblimon absorbs the Fractal Code of his minions.

“You friend!” Lobomon yelled. “Why are you doing that?”

When he was done, YukimiGoblimon answered evilly, “It’s the price of failure.  Only the victorious should have power.”

Agunimon and Lobomon growled at him.  Then they saw what was behind him.

“Tommy!” they yelled.

YukimiGoblimon looked behind him. “Another human?”

Tommy stood in plain sigh, pointed his D-Luxe at the Spirit of Ice, and scanned in it.

“No!  You took that thing the Big-Cow-Digimon gave me.” YukimiGoblimon yelled.

“It doesn’t belong to a bully like you,” Tommy said.  As he held up the D-Luxe, the Symbol of Ice appeared. “And neither did the SnowAgumon Fractal Code.”

The diagram of the Spirit appeared on the D-Luxe’s screen.  Tommy ended one hand to form a ring of Fractal Code on it.  He placed Fractal Code Ring and the scanner together and yelled, “Execute!  Spirit Evolution!” the data of the Spirit surrounded Tommy, removing his human clothes and adding the Digimon Armor.  Compiling around Tommy, they compressed on him.  Tommy finished his Spirit Evolution by skiing down, crushing into a pile of snow, reforming, gave the peace sign saying, “Kumamon!”

YukimiGoblimon stared at the little white bear.  Growling at him, he was engulfed by Fractal Code then digivolved.  He became a bigger Digimon.  Icy blue skin, huge fangs, icicles on the shoulders and an icicle as the club.

“Mama Mia!  What is that ugly creature?” Zoe said.

J.P. took out his D-Luxe to check it out. “That’s Hyougamon.  A Frozen Ogre Digimon with a frozen heart.  Beware of his Icy Cudgel attack.  It’s worse than any ice-cream headache you’ll have get and without the taste.”

“You stole my item.” Hyougamon yelled.

“You stole the YukimiGoblimon and SnowAgumon’s Fractal Code.” Kumamon shot back.

“Only the strong should have power.  Only the strong should have the Fractal Code,” Hyougamon yelled.  Holding up his icicle club he roared, “And I am the strong.”

Kumamon smiled. “You are not strong.  The strong doesn’t steal.  The strong doesn’t destroy for their own selfish needs.  The strong doesn’t destroy his friends.  Those are the qualities of a bully.  And you’re the biggest bully I’ve ever seen.”

Hyougamon’s eye stared to twitch when he heard that. “Why… you…”

“Tommy!” Agunimon yelled in panic.

“He’s too strong.” Lobomon yelled from fear.

Hyougamon charged at Kumamon with a roar. “Little Bear!  Feel the wrath of my Icy Cudgel.”

Swinging wildly, he tried to strike out Kumamon.  Kumamon dodged every swing that Hyougamon used.  He jumped into the air.

He froze into an icicle as he yelled, “Frozen Tundra.”  He zoomed down to strike Hyougamon.  He stuck Hyougamon with a lot of force and forced out his ill-gotten Fractal Code.

“Now you big Meany,” Kumamon said, he reached for his D-Luxe. “Time to return what you stole,” swinging his D-Luxe he yells, “Fractal Code!  Digitize!”

Hyougamon’s Fractal Code Ring was scanned and he was turned into a Digiegg.

Moments later, the D-Luxe announced, “Fractal Code… Rendered.”  From it came the Fractal Code for all the lost SnowAgumon.

Afterward, the kids, Bokomon and Neemon were being thanked by all the SnowAgumon.

“Oh thank you kids.  You have returned the lost Fractal Code to my clan.” The SnowAgumon Leader said. “We are forever in your debt.”

“Well, the last time we were traveling about the Digital World, we were always hungry.” J.P. said.

“You are always hungry.” Koji joked.

“Ha, Ha.  Now you’re trying to be funny.”

The SnowAgumon bowed. “Please, kind humans.  We’ll help you on your journey.” The SnowAgumon Leader said.  Clapping his claws, a treasure crest was brought to the kids.

“Thanks, but no thanks.” Takuya said.

The rude SnowAgumon said, “Us SnowAgumon have a hard time with no.” He added, “Especially when the no is turning down our generosity.”

The kids looked at the SnowAgumon.  They opened the crest.  The kids, Bokomon and Neemon were at awe.

“Diamonds.” They all said.

The SnowAgumon smiled. “It is called hot ice.”

“Figures you would have diamonds.” Bokomon said.

“There all for you,” The SnowAgumon Leader said. “We have so many that they’re worthless.  Please.  Take them with our thanks.”

J.P. and the other said, “Thanks you very much.”

Tommy had his mind on something else. ‘The Big-Cow-Digimon?  It gave the Spirit of Ice to Hyougamon.  But why?  And… it couldn’t be…’

Rika: What?  What couldn’t be?  And who is this Big-Cow-Digimon?  It couldn’t be the Ancient Warrior of Ice?  Could it?  The only way to find out is by watching the next Digimon: Digital Monsters.
