Episode 33: The Hikari of Dawn

While Koshiro continues to investigate the satellites, Taichi and the others head to an area where the dark energy is strongest. (The other chosend children are in safe zones for now.) The shards of Millenniumon's body are appearing as dark crystals. The shards accumulate power from the dark lightning.

Skullknightmon was the one Millenniumon selected, while Hikari, the last Chosen One, was the one Millenniumon desired. They will be summoned to darkness together, and when they both fall to it, they will become the sacrifices for Millenniumon's resurrection.

Skullknightmon super evolves into Darkknightmon.

Meanwhile, Sora, Takeru, and their digimon are fighting so Taichi can grab Hikari, but she lets herself be swallowed by Darkknightmon. Could it be that she hears something calling her? From within Darkknightmon, Hikari finds the light that was calling out to her. She knows Taichi will save them.

After taking on more power by surrounding digimon, Darkknightmon began losing shape. He was breaking down into data to be sent somewhere. Knowing this has to be stopped, the evolution to WarGreymon takes place. Using Brave Tornado Taichi and WarGreymon break through Darkknightmon to stop Millenniumon's resurrection (for now) and save Hikari.

The dark crystals are once again destroyed, and Hikari has found her partner digimon. It is Tailmon, the Holy Digimon.
