The Digidestined have been busy destroying control spires in the digital world. Arukenimon is furious especially when she sees a recording of the kids mocking her. She devises a diabolical plan.
The next day, she sends emails asking the kids to meet her at Giga House. They are a aware that this could be a trap, but go there anyway. Even Ken shows up, and of course, he wants to tackle the problem alone. Davis refuses to let him. They make the decision to send Davis, Ken and Cody into the house while Kari, T.K. and Yolei watch from outside.
Inside the house, Davis and the others are attacked by numerous bug-like digimon. Outside the home, T.K. and their group are attacked by tons of flying insects. Talk about an insect infestation!
Just when Cody, Ken, and Davis come face to face with Arukenimom, she pulls out a flute. It's melody begins to control both Digmon and Stingmon. Xveemon is unaffected, because he is not a bug-type digimon. Digmon turns to attack Cody. Luckily, Ken grabs him just in time. Digmon attacks again. This time the floor collapses, and all three boys become tangled in a spider's web. Oh no!! They are stuck and a very hungry Dokugumon is heading straight for them!
