After Shu's battle with Valt, it is time for Bell and Ranzo to take a shot. Valt's powerful Ultimate Valkyrie beats them one after the other.
Both Bell and Ranzo believe they need special training to beat Valt. During their training the boys have an accident which gives Bell an idea for a new launcher. He goes to work developing it.
Once his launcher is complete, Bell challenges Valt to another battle. Valt wins again, but this is because Bell doesn't have full control over his new launcher. Watch out, Valt, you're in for some real competition!
