After watching the close match between Valt and Kit, Aiga gets fired up and heads to BC Sol with Laban! They run into Kit practicing. Aiga says he needs to battle Valt, but Kit says, "If you can't beat me, then there's no way you can beat Big Bro." Kit takes the boys to a stadium that Gramps built for Kit to practice... almost like the Slingshock stadium.
Kit and Aiga's battles are as follows: 1st round: Draw, 2nd round: Air Knight win with an over finish, 3rd round: Super Z Achilles wins with a burst finish. Aiga wins 2 to 1. After watching to two battle, Laban resolves to return to Savanna to train.
In New York, Shu is jogging when he runs into Phi. "Dead Phoenix would like to destroy you! Phi says. Shu replies, "You're not going to destroy Spriggan that easily!"
Back at BC Sol, Aiga finds Valt watching the announcement of Shu and Phi's battle. All three boys head to New York. They find Shu training rigorously for the next day's battle. They even run into Fubuki and Ranjiro, who came to show their support.
It's the day of the big battle. After their introductions, Shu and Phi stare one another down!
