In the beginning of the series, Noah idolized Dan even though others were chastising the young hero.  Everything changed when Dan wouldn’t admit his inability to control Drago’s power, and his arrogance almost resulted in Noah’s demise.  That’s when Noah turned his attention to Team Anubias.

Anubias welcomed the boy and even loaned him Horridian to use in battle.  Unfortunately,  Noah felt betrayed once again when Anubias revealed he was a Gundalian and  then used him as a blackmailing tool to lure Dan into battle.  Anubias even went so far as to call poor Noah a “crybaby”.

You would think that all this disillusionment would leave the youngster cowering, but by the end of the series Noah gathered his courage and became one of the true heroes when battling to save the Earth.  He donned a cape and charged in with his Subterra guardian Bakugan, Ziperator .  He even saved Sellon’s former team members, Soon and Chris.

In the episode, "The Final Takedown", when the battles were at their fiercest, the spirit of Anubias appeared before Noah saying, "You've come a long way as a battler since we first met. Stay strong. You can do this."  Very encouraging words befitting for the brave boy who learned to overcome his fears.
